Something is WRONG about the attitude of this company. They KNOW they don't have competition and it shows. They ARE NOT customer oriented whatsoever. There is some kind of disconnect between my bank and SGC. I have spent hours waiting this year for them to answer their phone. I have my bank automatically pay the bill. Took me forever to get them in sync with the bank. Now after 11 months for some unknown reason 1 payment was not made and they tried to charge me over $200 for a deposit? She wasted time trying to blame the bank. When I call the bank they blame SGC. Perhaps a complaint with the Public Utilities Commission is now in order. I pay ALL my bills online and automatically and have NEVER had a problem except with SGC. Very Frustrating Monopoly.
