Super disappointment in this store and their customer service. I placed an in-store pick up order online at 10am on Monday, 7/17/17. Five hours later, since I was headed down in that area for another errand, I called the store to check the status of my order. The manager told me they hadn't done it yet but she promised it's be done in 30 min. So I went and ran my other errands then showed up a little bit early just hoping that they were finishing up. When I finally got someone to get the manager I was told it still wasn't done. They hadn't even looked at it. I was in the store for another 45 min waiting while they got the order picked. And the manager was barely apologetic. I feel like petsmart let me down, if you tell your customer that their order will be done at a certain time, you need to make sure it's done by the promised time. I don't think I'll be using this location again.
