  • This Starbucks is in Sky Harbor's Terminal 4 outside of security and well frequented, but that's really no excuse for the state of the area. Very rarely do I find this location clean or well maintained, which is unfortunate. On my most recent visit, a young man was taking out the trash (insert hand clap here) and basically grabbed the trash bags and left everything that fell on the floor right there. That's what we call a disengaged employee who could care less. On this same visit the young lady at the register was slow as molasses and no one had the sense to come open a second register. HoHum. After a long day of travel, I just wanted a coffee and to go home...instead I got to stand in line for 15 minutes unnecessarily. I'm giving them three stars because I've been here multiple times and it's not always this bad, but it's never really great.
