We are frequent flyers here, 4-5 times a week and we cannot believe how we have been treated these last couple times..
We tried ordering a new drink, as the employees ALWAYS suggest, and it was disgusting so when Matt and Daniel asked how it was we were 100% honest, they proceeded to tell us that they figured it was going to be gross WHEN WE ORDERED and instead of telling us their opinion when WE ORDERED they made it anyways. They were completely rude about us saying the drink was not good saying , "well what did you expect".
MATT AND DANIEL ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have never heard any employee talk down to a costumer the way these two did. We will NOT be coming to this location any longer. These two give Horrible costumer service and one of them is said to be the OWNER. Get it together.

It is so ridiculous to me that you can sit here and say that you "politely asked him what he expected" when the comment made back was extremely intrusive stating "what did you expect, I knew it was going to be nasty when you ordered it" accompanied with laughter to conclude the statement. Please do not compare yourself to a restaurant because you're nothing like one. A restaurant will gladly take back your meal and make the accommodation without charging you for both, you on the other hand not only wanted us to pay for the shake that you and your fellow coworker knew would be gross but you expected us to pay for an entire new one. As you stated this is something that "occasionally" happens; so it happened twice the 4 months we were coming and instead of respecting us as frequent costumers you instead chose to be Ill-Mannered toward us and even engage in an argument with one of us. Please don't act like you care at all about providing costumer service just because you are on a YELP review.
