Purchased a washer and dryer two months ago. They scratched my tile floors during the delivery. I've been.trying to get this resolved ever since. They admit that they damaged my floor. I've called the store multiple times and each time I would call they would tell me that someone would be contacting me within a few days to come out to do the repairs. Each time I would wait a week then call back. I finally called their corporate office. Shortly after that I received a call from a manager at the store to tell me someone would be coming out soon to do the repair. This morning I had a repair person come out to inspect the damage. He called me an hour later to tell me that Lowe's is not going to pay for it. I called the store and was told by one of their managers that they filed a claim so now I have to go through their insurance company and they could no longer help me. So it's now been two months and I'm at ground zero. Worst customer service that I've ever experienced with a large chain store. Rather than Lowe's dealing with their insurance company, it's my responsibility. I just left a message. Wonder when or if I'll hear back from them. I always say don't judge a company on the mistakes they make but judge them on how they fix their mistakes. In my opinion, Lowe's in Scottsdale gets a failing grade. I spoke with the company that came out today and was told the charge to fix my floors will be $250. That's not very much money. Can't understand why Lowe's is putting me through all this grief.
