Recently spent three night at Planet Hollywood. We made reservations through Expedia and paid for the high room with breakfast and lunch included.. Upon check-in we waited 30 minutes in line at the desk only to learn the right room was not reserved.
When we got to our room, it was relatively clean but appeared tired and in need of updating.
One night, I coughed up in bed. My wife requested new sheets and four cleaning ladies arrived to changed them. Minutes later security arrived and requested my wife to go down stairs for 'questioning'. They were extreme rude, accused her of being a hooker and charged us $900 for the bed (which they just covered in plastic for us to sleep on).
Ordering room service was not much better. The lady answering the phone was rude which caught me off guard. The rudeness seemed to be a theme throughout our stay.
I am giving this place two stars for location only. Save yourself money and headache by staying somewhere else.
Ps.
If it feels like you're laying on top of a plastic lining in bed, it's because the mattress is a biohazard.
