  • Carrabbas has great food but even greater customer service. I recently used the Mesa location for a catering order for 60 people. There was an item missing that the restaurant manager noticed before I did. She left me a voice mail offering to deliver it to the party but I didn't check my phone until it was too late. A few days later the general manager Chris called me and went far behind all expectations in making up for the mistake. His understanding and commitment to customer satisfaction ensured a return customer for life.
