  • All I can say is Wow! I have been going to Elements for 4 years now, and I recently switched to a new stylist. I think that I just found the best stylist in the Cleveland area. Nicole M. is a true class act. I truly cannot say enough good things about her! I love when a stylists listens to her client. This was an amazing experience from start to finish! I think that I found my "Forever Hair Home, and Stylist!" She made me feel so special, and truly appreciated me being her client. This is a feeling that I have never had before at a salon and it felt great! Her attention to detail coupled with her remarkable skills and artistry provided me with the best haircut I have ever received. To top is off, she truly cared and focused on making this visit an incredible experience. I cannot wait for my next haircut and tranquil experience. Thank you Nicole for making this visit a wonderful experience! You truly are marvelous at what you do and I am so glad that you are at Elements, and I am in your chair!
