Brittany--it was a blessing to have you help me the other day. Today I was having a very rough day and coming in here to pick up my sunglasses I was worried about having another bad experience as I just had a very bad service prior to this. When I walked in Brittany greeted me and recognized me right away, gave my glasses back with no charge. She was so warm and helpful. I gave her $8 anyways because I wouldn't have her work for free. She didn't want it but I had to literally put it in her hand. Just that warm and kind gesture made my day especially on a day like this. People in service industry nowadays do not know how to talk to people, greet people or even conversate normally with people. Businesses like this are a blessing to customers like us because we don't want our day to be ruined for no reason. We want GOOD EXPERIENCES AND A HAPPY FACE! and this place gives you that. Kudos to Brittany and frame fixer. Great job.
