  • I am surprised this Macy's has such a low rating, my experience here was fantastic! I tend to shop online to avoid the crowds of the strip, but the new Summerlin location solves that issue. The store is quite large, it's well lit, and has a great layout. Every sales associate was friendly and ready to offer their assistance. I came in to exchange a defective Kitchen Aid blender, and unlike the usual avoidance received when only coming in for an exchange, a very sweet, smiling associate was more than willing to assist. She was very helpful and not at all pushy. She definitely made me want to come back and shop at this location instead of online! If you need something from a department store, I highly recommend checking out this location. Their selection of home & kitchen merchandise is awesome.
