  • Wretched... I cannot explain how dissatisfied and disappointed my family was here. Just like comments from fellow yelpers, don't expect quick and prompt service as 2/3 of the obstacle layout requires harness in which you wait to obtain since the center has pretty much zero control of their services. Generic purchase timeframe is 2 hours and unfortunately the harness waiting time could exceed this easily. Staff unfortunately have zero control of visitors coming in and out and are always allowing more "in" than "leaving". They also don't check the time limit for when visitors are supposed to be leaving within the bracelets and this probably contributes to the overflow of people. With this as an ongoing issue we will be referring friends/family/coworkers Sky Zone instead for a place to go that offers family fun down the road in Westlake. If rock climbing is your thing then Cleveland Rock Wall is far more superior than here. Again, just my two cents.. Well actually my wasted cash spent here.
