  • It breaks my heart to see that this dealership has such few stars. This is the second time in 3 years that my husband and I have purchased a vehicle from Van's. Our sale person has ALWAYS been SCOTT DALY, and the transaction of getting what we wanted, to making the sale is so easy and effortless and we are ALWAYS treated with respect and professionalism. My greatest fear is that after the purchase of the car when it comes to dealing with the service department... Once, again we have been so fortunate to have had NO issues. We get right in when we need to, and the staff are always going out of their way to accommodate our needs. I think because of who we choose for our salesperson has made ALL the difference. I can call him at anytime, he intercedes for us in the service department, and when things are said they are going to be done, they are done. Maybe, more people should be starting with someone like Scott Daly when they get serious about getting a new vehicle.... When you start out with the best then then the odds are more in your favor. My husband and I will be back for all future purchases.....
