I delivered here in 2013 and absolutely loved it. I'm delivering in California this time and will definitely miss the experience I had there. The only part that I was unhappy was when they told me to walk the halls for an hour before admitting me. They wanted me at 4.5cm and I was not happy about it. But the dr who gave me my epidural was really awesome (wish I remembered his name) Dr Bell took care of me and checked on me throughout the day and was really sweet. My son was sunny side up and she did everything she could (succeeding) to get him to flip so I didn't have to have a c-section. My dr throughout my pregnancy was Dr Chisholm. He is so down to earth and did everything to make sure I felt as comfortable as possible every step of the way. His office was on the same grounds at the hospital. He did everything he could to help me have the least amount of tearing as possible (which I obviously loved) The day I went into labor there were three sets of twins being delivered but I didn't know the hospital was so crazy until after I delivered. That says a lot that they held their composure and made sure to make me a priority. The Postpartum nurses were all wonderful as well. Making sure I knew what was going on at all times and were always there to help me or answer questions. I loved Banner Thunderbird. The only advice I would give, is make sure to schedule your classes and tour very early. It was very busy! I loved my labor experience.
