We have lived at Pietra for 2 years and have very mixed feelings. Under the previous manager the complex was well maintained, quiet and you really felt that this was your home. Than the new manger comes in and everything changed on a dime. The new manager's mantra is "That's not my problem". A landscaper cuts a tree down and damages a resident's vehicle - not my problem. A resident is attacked and punched repeatedly for asking people to simply turn their music down at 2:30am - not my problem. An apartment is flooded and the floors and drywall damaged - not my problem. Broken keys in postal boxes - not my problem. Now when you talk to other residents, the only thing you hear is how many days do you have left before you are out of here. Do not expect to get a parking space anymore - the current manager has turned it into a profit center by selling as many spaces as she can so that they are reserved. If you are going to reserve so many, just add a little but more to the rent and assign every apt one spot.
Short end - use to be a great place, now it doesn't deserve the premium rents that are being charged.
