  • Worst experience ever getting glasses. I was there to select frames and order glasses and it took multiple attempts by 4 people to get my measurements taken and correct frames for the prescription entered. The sales lady admitted being fairly new. I waited 10 days for the glasses. I walk in and the salesperson hands me the wrong pair of glasses. She had entered the wrong frames onto the order. Additionally the lab added a darker tint on the lens than I ordered. I cancelled the order and took the refund. I really cannot say anyone there knew much what they were doing. I do give my salesperson credit for making the attempt to fix the errors and admitting the wrong frames were her mistake. She meant well so I give 1 star for that. However, this location cannot be trusted so I will have to shop elsewhere for my eyeglasses. I have done business with Lenscrafters (in Colorado) for years with never a problem. So sad I can no longer trust them.
