  • I sent my watch in for a battery replacement, when I got it back there was moisture trapped inside! How do you get water inside a watch by replacing the battery?! When I immediately took it back, the clerk tried to blame me for it, asking if I got it wet, which I did not! I even paid extra to have a pressure test done to insure it was sealed properly and they still managed to get water in it! The clerk took it apart again to dry it out and now there are pieces of debris stuck inside the watch face! I even bought an expensive watch from them earlier that day but, I will never go back and I will not recommend this company to anyone! Very disappointed!
