  • I was referred here by my PCP. Initial appointment with the Dr went great. She suggested I reduce the medication I was on to one every other day and see her again in 6 months. After a month, I started to feel the same as I did before I started, so I called to schedule an appointment. There soonest available was two month out. A few days before I got a call to confirm telling me that it was going to be with the Physician's Assistant (PA) instead of a Dr. I told them that I needed to see the Dr to ask more questions. They refused. At the appointment I saw the PA Bert. What a horrible experience. First, he showed up 30 min late due to "traffic". His lack of professionalism continued in the appointment. Still being fairly new to the medication, I was asking many questions and each one was met with attitude. I was also asking about adjusting the dosage back to what it was, his response was "do what you want, but I am going to tell you I told you so". WHAT?!? Give me reasons, give me answers, tell me why. Still don't have my answers. I called the main office to complain about Bert, but the office manager was not available and I am still awaiting a call back. Bottom line, stay away from this place.
