  • I scheduled everything through yelp. Pros; The owner was very responsive. Unit is working good so far Cons: Owner never called me up Techs who came to install, one of them was good. But other person was not courteous. He didn't even have a clue about the warranty. even though the warranty info was provided to me, I had forgotten about the exact years and wanted to confirm it from the tech. He basically told me, he doesn't have idea about those and asked to contact the company. It felt like the techs were not a part of this company, may be contractors. Overall I would give an average rating based on my experience.
