  • Just ending my day after moving out of a hi-rise condo and into a house in Southern Highlands. I'm exhausted but so pleased with Zippy Shell that I wanted to take a moment to review their services. When I knew about my move I contacted Brian with Zippy Shell to arrange for my move. He was professional and very attentive to customer service throughout the transaction via email and phone calls for confirmations. On the day of the move, the movers were on time and very pleasant to work with. I had Lance, Keith and Kendall facilitate during my move. Moving out of a hi-rise can be a hassle with navigating the hallways & elevators. They were patient and quick while handling all of the moving. They also made a pit stop in between to pick up my new table from Cost Plus. The whole time they were a joy to work with. All of my items made it to my new place safe and unharmed. Brian checked in with me throughout the move to make sure everything was going smooth. I always appreciate when a tedious job is made more pleasant by the people you are working with. They were so professional the entire time and made it enjoyable throughout. I highly recommend Zippy Shell for your moving needs. I was very pleased and am ending the day with all of my belongings safely in my new home. Thanks, Zippy Shell!
