  • The ac went out unexpectedly on a saturday, and another company came out to diagnose the problem and told us they couldn't fix it for 2-3 days because its Saturday. Its Arizona summer so that was really terrible to hear. My husband and I called around for hours trying to find someone who could do it faster. After speaking with several companies I was dumbfounded by the lack of professionalism and by how many people that told me "I don't know", no one offered to help before Monday either. FountainAir found the part and came out and fixed the problem today and the gentleman that helped us was professional and courteous "I didn't experience that from ANY other company today ). ALSO- they gave us a perfectly fair and acceptable rate without charging anything more to fix it on a saturday. Highly recommended!!
