  • Horrible customer service by these two extremely condescending Caucasian ladies... not once but twice! I tried to return one pair that my husband bought me as a Christmas present but those ladies said it was damaged on the sole. How could it be? I've never worn it. You get 1 star because I bought a pair of really nice shoes that I fell in love with at first sight. However, I will never purchase shoes from here ever again. I will never step foot into this boutique ever again. Your service and attitude doesn't deserve my hard working money! And you're welcome.
