  • The menu is quite unique - from bones to organs to muscles. I hear that it is normally pretty busy and they do not take reservations. I came on a Sunday night and was lucky enough to get a table right away. We ordered the bone marrow, horse tatare, tongue on brioche and foie pancakes. I've had better bone marrow but everything else was good and it was a good experience with these unique items offered. If you like more of a sweet taste then the tongue on brioche and the foie & pancakes are the right dishes for you!
