  • The store is a bit small. If there a lot of people in the store it can make it harder to walk through the aisles, as well as getting in/out of the entrance. Seems to always be nicely stocked and clean. But as soon as you need help, it's like they purposely avoid you. I was looking for a certain brand of hair dye. I was sent specifically to Sally's by a hair stylist who buys it from there. So i walked down every aisle lost because I couldn't find it and i couldn't find an employee to help me either. By the looks of it, there was only one employee working, but there were only 3 other customers in the store and she wasn't helping anyone else, so I'm not sure how "busy" she was. I go up to her trying to explain what it is that I'm looking for and she's just starring at me like I'm crazy cuz she had no idea what I was talking about. Then she points to the aisles, and tells me to "look there".. like I hadn't walked through them already. Then she went back to doing whatever it was she was doing. I just walked out instead. Maybe she was just having a bad day, either way there's no need for me to come back to this one.
