  • Where is Carlos?? Carlos used to keep on top of ALL the machines and their issues. He could stop them and reset them. Not all the machines get hot water. Carlos knew how to make the hot water go in. You have to wait for the whole cycle and wash them again, if you want hot water or to be able to add bleach. Uggghhh. The girls are nice and if you complain they will give you money to wash again. If its a lot or bedding or anything that needs to go in a dryer I drive to the west side where I know the machines are going to work now. I'm too tired to wonder if there's not going to be hot water or if the machine is going to do something weird. I'm picky about laundry though. The people that work there are super nice, and they're always cleaning. With the volume of people in and out of there, they do a good job.
