  • As I walked in I was given a cute black silky robe to change into (feeling like a million bucks already). I did not have to wait one minute which I love because I am super impatient. I was seen by Johana she was very helpful and encouraging. I went in to get a completely different look than what I've ever had so I was a bit nervous. She brought out a million and one colors and explained how it would look on my hair and the steps she would have to take to get it to the color I imagined. Which was such a relief because I knew exactly what she was doing. After you're done with the dye they take you into this cute "washroom" which looks more like a meditating room (sooooo calm). I LLOOOOVEEEEEEE how she took her time rinsing my hair, and even gave me a head massage. AMAZING. Step 2 was to cut my hair, it used to be a bit past my shoulders and I wanted a shoulder length cut which I was so scared to do because I have never had such short hair. It is amazing because she took her time to as how Ido my hair on a daily and suggested a way to cut it that way it wouldn't interfere with my everyday routine too much. Need less to say the hair cut came out gorgeous! And she even styled it, (blowout). She was so detailed I love it! I will definitely be back for my touch up and re-cut. Thank you Johana you're awesome!!!
