  • As deli's go Jack's is A-OK. They do the basics well - as good as their competition. Service is good to but not excellent. Waitresses have a habit of not making eye contact with their tables to see if everything is okay. You might sit for a while trying to get their attention. If you are in the area GO - but I wouldn't drive out of my way to go their as Cleveland has a wealth of good deli's around town that are just as good if not better.
