  • Awful experience! If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I've heard so many negative reviews of this location! My boyfriend and I should have known better. My boyfriend pays monthly out of our joint account to have a membership here. They allow you to ' transfer', a massage or facial or whatever service at the request you pay a 10$ transfer fee, which we knew. He wanted to cancel his account there because he rarely has time to go in as he is so busy. They recommended he use up his remaining time that he had built up. So he very kindly made me an appointment for a facial. Again, I expected the charge of the 10$ transfer fee, but at the end of my facial the girl informed me I owed 59.99$. I said there must be a mistake, as my boyfriend made the appointment after his last massage. ( I gave his name and information, yadda yadda explained the transfer fee I expected ) The lady who had made the appointment said it would be absolutely no problem to transfer a facial to me. I am six months pregnant mind you, so I was looking forward to being able to get out of the house for a relaxing hour. The girl quickly checked again and said that there must have been a misunderstanding because I HAD to pay the 59.99$ before I could leave! I would not have gone for a facial or service if it was more than the 10$ transfer fee because they already take from our account monthly! I couldn't believe they would not let me leave. My boyfriend was busy watching our son. So in their attempts to call him it was to no avail. They made me sit there over 30 minutes!! I finally said I would pay the fee just so I could leave! I was so surprised at the lack of professionalism! The manager explained I couldn't leave until i paid, so I did. ( Even after explaining over and over i hadnt even made the appointment, it showed my boyfriend had. Yet they didn't seem to put a note that it was a transfer? ) So they made their mistake MY problem?? We had just purchased a new car and literally after all our monthly payments had about 70.00$ left in our account. I explained that they already take from our account monthly and we would have around 10.00$ left if i paid! I wasnt even sure my card would go through. I was mortified! It was an extremely stressful experience to say the least. They still have not refunded our money, even after they talked to my boyfriend and realized their mistake. ( moments after i paid ) The environment seemed so unprofessional. We will not be renewing a membership there again! Talk slowly and be thorough when working with these people as they seem a bit 'slow'. Ugh!
