  • I have taken my cars to this location for service and wash. Very pleased every time- great amenities, courteous staff, good pricing. I noticed a charge from there on my credit card, not unusual. However, since I had not been there for over a month, I knew something was wrong. Further investigation shows I had let this go a couple of times. JoJo answered and quickly figured out it was a recurring charge, told me to come in and speak to Brian, the Mgr. Brian was very courteous, as was JoJo. He explained I had signed up for a special which would have been on a reoccurring basis, figured out it was on the car I sold, offered refund or credit- without me asking. I felt like an idiot but they were very very nice about it.
