  • If you own a car in Arizona, you know that our heat destroys batteries. My go-to place for batteries is Sears Auto Center. I love their warranties and price. They even have a machine to check your battery to see how well it is holding its charge so you don't have to replace it before you need it. This week, my battery died and I had to call roadside service. What should have been a simple jumpstart so I could drive to Sears turned into a nightmare when the tow driver tried to charge the battery backwards. He towed me to the Sears auto center at Superstition Springs. After they installed the battery, my truck would not start. They figured out what had happened, ordered the replacement fuses, and installed them. What started out as a nightmare turned into magic as Josh, Jerry, Alex and the rest of the team worked to resolve my problem. They were friendly and professional at every step. I felt truly cared for, the kind of customer service you rarely get anywhere these days. I was already a loyal customer, and now I'm a fan.
