  • It breaks my heart to give them a low score, I've been coming here since April and LOVED this place. I had told everyone at my work and friends/ fam to come here. But I experienced such bad customer service today I don't think I'll ever be going back. I've been getting the "dip" gels for 6 months, every 3 weeks religiously, I loved them! Even would tell other gals in store to get them, totally loved them! I went in on Thursday 14th to get them done, by Monday the 18th when I was leaving for my vaca they started cracking and peeling. That had NEVER happened before, so after I got back from my vaca and had a another day off to stop by I went in. By this time it had been 2 weeks to the day. The lady acted like oh ya that happens. I expressed that I knew they were to last 3 weeks and have been coming for months.The male manager came over was like "ya this can happen, who did your nails? I'll give you a discount when you check out." Then he grabbed his stuff and left the salon for the day. The lady removing the gels was rude, so I just asked her to do a removal and she STILL charged me full price for the removal. Never once did they apologize, they all acted like this was normal after a week... which if it is then why do they advertise 3.
