Big spacious rooms, great service. This feels like a newer hotel. I love all their millennial marketing points, like renting gym clothes and shoes for $5, forgoing housekeeping to reduce costs and help be green by reusing towels, and having morning runs with their concierge.
The pool was disappointing. It is 3ft deep and not large enough to swim laps.
I was also disappointed with the valet. I had called 15 minutes prior to ask them to have my car ready to go and when I showed up they did not get my car. What is the point of selling this service to me when your team members don't have this down to a tee?
I'd still come back and stay here however. Overall they did a great job with my stay!
