Horrible customer service. Had I known that they ONLY communicate via text message, I never would have bought the Groupon. Finally when I get ahold of someone through Facebook I find out they offer ZERO numbing options for tattoo removal treatments. By then it was too late to get a refund via Groupon so I'm stuck with it. Show up for the first appointment and the girl assures me that it's a different kind of laser that is much faster than the other places I've been to. That was true, but I also see no evidence that a treatment was done. None of the usual redness, swelling, or surface changes that I've become accustomed to. I'm not even sure I got a "real" treatment. Guess I can just kiss this $175 goodbye.
I mean seriously...what kind of business doesn't employ a receptionist?!? Should have been the first clue that they weren't the real deal.
