  • I purchased a Doozy deal for a massage at Bodywork Central, expecting to have the same kind of wonderful experience that I have had with other Doozy massage deals...Boy, were my expectations wrong. The stress that I was trying to relieve with my massage was only compounded with my experience with Jason at Bodywork Central. First I left at least 5 unanswered voicemail messages trying to schedule my appointment. Finally, I got a TEXT back telling me that he would send me an appointment confirmation, which I did receive, but it stated that I would be charged a 20% service charge. WHAT??? Since when is a business ENTITLED to charge an arbitrary fee. I can understand that he wants to make sure he gets a good gratuity, but built in? Give me a break! I decided to give Jason the benefit of the doubt, and show up for my appointment. But, guess what? Jason was nowhere to be found. After several calls and texts without reply, I finally gave up and left. I then tried at least a half dozen times to get a hold of Jason by voicemail, text and email...Not a single reply! Thankfully, Doozy extended their typical great customer service, and made things right by me. BTW, I've seen that Bodywork Central has been constantly advertising on other deal sites since Doozy. So, buyers beware!
