We bought our used Sonata Hybrid around 18 months ago and love it. It started having problems in June and we took it in. They "fixed it" and it seated having the same problems the very next day, so we took it back in. This began a several week nightmare of having to chase our service consultant for any information. Dakota Brown NEVER answered our calls not returned them, he "preferred" email. They took our car apart and told us we needed a new top end motor replacement and insisted that our warranty would not cover it as there was neglect on our part. After weeks of trying to get this addressed, we were forced to pick our car up on a trailer and bring it home. The battery was dead and the air conditioning no longer works. These people do not care at all, especially Dakota, who from what I saw was hired because a close family member already worked there. Let's not mention the fact that we were charged $200 to get what was left of our car back! It's sitting in my garage while we save the money to fix it and all the things wrong in addition to its original problems. BEWARE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!
