  • The relationship started out well...but the project that was supposed to be done byt the end of May did not even get started until the 2nd week of June. This was blamed on contrators that flaked on them...just not professional. Be sure to get everything in writing, things that were verbally discussed, never materialized and when it was insisted upon they changed the contract prize to do the work not having any recollection of the conversation. The work is good the yard looks amazing but should for the prize I paid. Just stay on top of the work step by step and get EVERYTHING in writing.
