  • Would have loved to actually have the experience of their services but unfortunately this review is based only on their attitude and professionalism towards their appointments. I saw their deal on Groupon on sale for $62.10 for a full exam, dental cleaning and x-rays. Seemed like a great deal! Booked 2 weeks ahead because of their limited availability for 2 people. I specifically asked for 2 cleanings to be done at the same time by two dentists/hygienists to which the receptionist confirmed yes. Day of the appointment we were running late so I called 15mins prior to my appointment to see if being 15mins late would be fine, guy said 'yes we will try'. Good enough for me. When we got there, 13mins late, no one was at front desk. I said 'hello?' and a lady at the back yelled back 'you have to wait'. Okay, no problem. I was late after all. A guy came out to the front to greet us a few mins later and gave us some forms to fill out and offered a whitening service for only an additional $18 ($80 for everything). Couldn't be happier with the prices. After the forms were filled out I proceeded to update their google maps listing and created their yelp profile.. that's just what I try to do for businesses not on the map. The guy had mentioned something about someone being here for a root canal but the dentist would be finished momentarily. 15mins later, we were still not let into our appointment. I started to suspect there was no second person to take us both together. I inquired. The guy said there is only one dentist.. when I asked why I wasn't informed at the time of the booking he just said you have to go back to back as if we should have known. This one bit was unacceptable.. that is something you MUST tell me prior to my appointment! Then I inquired when the doctor would be finished because it was already half hr past our original appointment despite us being late. The guy said 'well you were late'. I asked him if we were on time would the dentist have finished earlier? At this point he shrugged his shoulders and said 'you can leave or stay, its up to you'. I didn't want to want to go back to back but most importantly it didnt sound like the dentist was finishing up.. I could still hear the tools..
