  • STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are nothing more than a bunch of crooks and extortionist artist for their clients, as a renter you mean absolutely nothing more than a rent payment, and when it comes down time to move out, you can bet you will not get a portion of your deposit back. They will make up charges, and state they spent X amount of dollars to fix the apartment. What will really happen is they will be (in true Trump fashion) hooking up their contractor buddies to over inflate costs to do work that is either not needed, or wanted. The best advise is to take as many pictures as possible throughout the life of the lease, and know that they will nickle and dime every repair, and try to charge you for some cost of the repair. PLEASE don't be fooled by the few five star ratings, and pay attention to the one star rating, and the amount of one star ratings. Trust me Marsha, Kristin, Clover will screw you over, and they will make a profit off you before you move out, consider yourself warned. BOGUS fees will be charged to you, and I hope you have a good lawyer to fight them, because they are quick to file legal action. I only wish there were negative stars to give a company
