  • So I really want to do a shout out to Barnes and Noble, I'm disabled and it's winter here, and I wanted a copy of the National Geographic Magazine. I called, and confirmed they had it. I then pre-purchased it, they handled it very smoothly. And then when I didn't pick it up in three days, I had someone offer to ship it to my house for $3. They called me. Completely impressive. Maybe brick and mortar isn't dying.
