  • Extremely rude, condescending and they act as though they're doing you a favor as they proceed to do your nails. I was trying to explain to the first girl Debbie what shape I wanted while I was looking over my nails and she said "I know what you want and you can look at your nails when I am done". Excuse me, I am the customer and should be able to explain to you what I would like in term of shape and thickness of the nails. Next manicurist I got told me to hold still and said I made her crazy simply be cause I again was trying to explain what it was I wanted. Now the 3rd manicurist, who I have gone to more that the rest was rude to me this past week and also did not give me the correct color I had picked. She also complained she was running late and did a crappy jog on my nails for which I paid $65 for and I had to wait 20mins for her to done with someone else. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL, THE WORST EVER !
