  • I have been trying to get a balance letter via fax from Supervisor Ron for twenty minutes. After a while he pretended he could not hear me over the landline connection. There is NO email contact information for this organization. Completely disgusted with their customer service. Go to Capital One bank!!! They are awesome. After I make this major purchase my husband nor I will no longer utilize their credit.
