  • Uptown Cheapskate is the cleanest and friendliness consignment store that ALWAYS leaves me walking out their door with a great buying/selling experience. I laughed when I read some of the "negative" reviews on Yelp. As a buyer, I'm glad that they don't take just anything as this would make everyones buying experience awful having through dig though all the old junk to find a few jem pieces. As a seller, I've had an excellent experience. I don't expect any consignment store to take all of my pieces of clothing! If you expect to get rid of every piece of clothing immediately then just stick with Goodwill. If you expect to get the exact amount that you purchased the item for then get the helk out of a consignment store.
