  • This was my first experience renting a storage unit. I was skeptical at first and afraid of being taken advantage of but Mie'Shawn reassured us that we were making the right decision. I was blown away from my conversation over the phone to go over our appointment time. she was very pleasant, and knowledgeable. I walked in and was greeted by this amazing personality and smile Mie'Shawn just as pleasant in person as on the phone. Mie'Shawn went over everything thoroughly to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting into and made sure that we had everything we needed to complete our move. Everything went smooth and quick we got our unit. Thanks to this amazing Assest named Mie'Shawn we will be referring others to come and Check you out and of course we will continue to use you for all our Storage needs for years to come! Thank you again for having such an Amazing person on your staff. Even though Mie'Shawn was working alone & we came during what seemed to be peek time she was pleasant with everyone and knew everyones name! WOW I LOVE HER PERSONABLE TOUCH!! WE NEED MORE MIE'SHAWNS IN THE WORLD!!
