  • This company was dispatched by my home warranty company and they came out on Friday. I was still getting calls from them on Saturday to set up appointment and when i was telling them they have already came out, they would say they never did. I followed up with First American on Tuesday since I couldn't get an answer from just Plumbing, and I was told that just plumbing has not responded to First American's emails either. Finally on Tuesday, First American calls me that Just Plumbing is not able to do this job since they don't have a Hydrojetter and they couldn't see a pipe clean-out plug. I had to call a company and they saw the clean-out plug right by the pipe. I had to pay $814 out of my pocket plus because Just Plumbing neglected to inform First American for five days, there is extensive drywall damage. I hope I never have to deal with this company again... What kind of plumbing company does not have a hydrojetter, the other plumbing company that I called, has three available at any time. I guess they opened up their business with a bottle of drain cleaner and a plunger and called it plumbing company.
