  • If there were less than a 1 star rating, it would promptly be applied. If you're actually reading this prior to going to this dealership, I implore you- stay far, far away. This dealership and all of the people who work in it appear to be deplorable human beings. No one here seems to care one iota about customer service, or what's right for their clients. Their service department must be run by a couple of 18 year old partially brain dead high school dropouts, because literally NOTHING is done on time, or with urgency. "Please drop our car off to be diagnosed and we will have it for you by noon." TWO DAYS LATER... and we're charging you for this rental that we didn't actually have you sign for! Oh and also, what's wrong with your vehicle is DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO A KNOWN ISSUE WITHIN THIS MODEL OF FORD VEHICLES, BUT IT'S NOT THE EXACT ITEM, SO GO AHEAD AND SHOVEL OUT $800, AND MAYBE IT WILL FIX THE ISSUE. Or, maybe you'll be back in a year with the EXACT SAME issue, except now, you're more screwed because guess what!? The warranty no longer covers anything! And all of those "KNOWN ISSUES" yeah, we only fix "that exact part, and not any parts that may be damaged, broken, or worn due to the breakage of 'that exact part".. but you can go submit claims to the ongoing class action lawsuit, in your own time, with your own money making repairs first. Yeah? Great. Thank you for absolutely nothing. Thank you for less than nothing. Now we have a 4 year old lawn ornament because who in the HELL is putting a new transmission in a 4 year old vehicle? No one here has been willing to take any additional steps to see what can be done, and most of the information they have given, isn't even correct. I found more accurate instruction and explanation on the internet. Sad that these people have to deal with this every day and they DON'T KNOW what they're talking about. Lastly, to the asshat in your service department who looked and spoke to me like I'm a moron while discussing clutches in automatic cars - YOU need to be fired, or to be trained. Quite frankly I do not care because if at all possible, I'm never dealing with you people again. What does FORD stand for? FOUND ON ROAD DEAD. FIXED OR REPAIRED DAILY.
