Hopefully I'll have better luck next time. As an Emerald Club member there were NO cars available from the Emerald Club Aisle. It would have been nice to choose any car and be on my way. I had to wait for a car, no selection available. I wasn't really happy with the option of vehicle that was offered, but I took it anyways. National should probably look at reservations and make sure there are enough cars available for their Emerald Members. I will say the return process was such a better experience.
