Not sure if is the same owner. It seemed to change hands a couple of months ago. Used Dawn for about a year and liked their service. New employees. New owner has a shitty business model. Employee/son promised pants to be ready with several confirmations on a specific date. My wife needed it for court that very next day. Arrived after 6pm as promised. Educated that their cleaning supplier was not answering their phone because the driver was having a baby and they have no one to solve the problem. Not my fucking problem at all. Never got delivered or even got a call the next day as promised. Bought another suit. Last I checked, but having a baby is pretty easy to gauge when It will be born and to schedule help. Go somewhere else that has an in-house cleaning to deal with their piece of shit supplier and customer service. Generally, when a business first changes hands revenue increases for the first couple of months. In this case, I don't see them lasting longer than a year.
Be ready friends, we may be able to buy this Laundromat for less than 20k in the near future because they will lose all their goodwill and reputation around town and be forced to complete a Net Asset Sale. Let it be known no refund for a $9.00 charge that had no fault of the consumer. (the money was not important it was the principle) So i hope that $9.00 was worth me telling my sphere of influence your business is a piece of shit.
