  • Moon Valley designed and planted over $5000 worth of plantings, a new timer and new irrigation system. Over half of the plants died due to time of planting and their faulty irrigation system. After continual pressure they replaced some, but not all, of the dead plants stating that some had a transplant set back. We then ordered additional trees, yet they subsequently refused to replace a new tree which promptly died, nor would they do anything about the transplanted plants previously mentioned. While other nurseries give you a ONE YEAR warranty, Moon Valley's warranty is only 90 days . We recommend that you go elsewhere for better quality nursery stock, irrigation systems, landscape plans and customer service.
