  • Horrible customer service. All the front office ladies are rude and not helpful at all, don't seem to know what they are doing. I came in Saturday made an appointment for monday picked out my glasses gave them my prescription when i got here monday for a 320pm appointment i had to wait for 30 mins before even being seen. Then come to find out theu shredded all my info. An hour later and i am still sitting here waiting....I work in customer service and noone would ever be treated this way in my store. Unorganized and mean staff that needs so much improvement.! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! 1800 CONTACTS IT IS LOL
