  • Sat down for a classic manicure, I told her just a little trim to make them even but I want to keep as much length as possible. She cut my long natural nails extremely short and uneven(wish I took a picture!). I was shocked and told her that was far too short. I left crying. She came out to my car and offered to help, but I told her the only thing that would make this ok is if they gave me a discount acrylic set (even though I've been trying to get my nails strong enough to not have acrylics for 5 years....) I came back in, when she cut the acrylic a piece flew down my shirt. Ugh. The shape at first was all bad. The owner had to come over and fix the shape while the lady worked on the other hand. So awkward. After I noticed the obvious streaks in the polish I knew I was going to stop having them "fix" things. She said they were dry and sent me on my way. They were not dry. When I got something out of my purse it wrecked the polish. I went back in and asked for a refund. Horrible way to spend a Tuesday afternoon.
