  • Very poor customer service. Store management needs to be re-trained or replaced. Unfortunately one of the worst Autozones I have ever purchased from is the one closest to my house. I will not be returning to any autozone and will stick with the professionals at Napa. If the rest of the hard working customers of this store would take the time to drive just a little bit further maybe this store would get a clue and take a good hard look at their management or lack there of.
